If I want to make a change in order, item, delivery address or message is it possible?

Any change in the ordered item, address given or message with flowers can be done by just informing us through email  along with given order number.

How do I track the status of the order?

Is it a physical flower shop or only an online store?

It is a physical flower shop to store, arrange and organize delivery as per online order received through the website.

Where all do you deliver in UAE? Do deliver in other countries?

We deliver flowers only in Dubai and Sharjah Emirates of United Arab Emirates.

Is this flower shop open all days? How is your timing?

A.

We are open 7 days a week for delivery. All days except Friday 9 AM till 9PM. On Friday we work only from 3 PM to 10 PM.

Can delivery be at a specific date, and time range?

A.

Ordered item will be delivered on specified date and within the selected time range.

How are charges for delivery and other expenses?

A.

There is no extra charge for delivery. Prices given in website include delivery to any place in Dubai and Sharjah.

What are the gift items that can be delivered along with flowers?

A.

Flowers are main item. Teddy bear, balloon, chocolates, cake, balloon, fruits basket etc are available in online shop as additional items.

How is flowers arranged? Will it be same as the pictures shown in website?

A.

Same style as shown in website is followed by the florist. Some flowers may not be available on the date of delivery. In this case if it is not a major change we use closest substitutes. If the ordered flower type or color theme is not available we will inform the sender immediately and ask to change the item or to cancel the order.
