Purchase and Price –

Flower arrangements given in the website can be purchased on online for delivery anywhere in Dubai and Sharjah. Prices given are only for these two Emirates and there is no extra delivery charge. If delivery is required in any other Emirate, there will be extra delivery charge as per the distance to the location. Sender can communicate through email or telephone if the service is required at any other Emirate.

Payment –

Different options are given in to choose for payment, as an order is submitted online for flower delivery in Dubai. Credit card payment is accepted only through 2checkout.com and paypal.com. We do not take credit card number or details from the customer directly. Credit card information needs to be entered by the customers themselves  in the online from.

Confirmation of Order -

An order placed online is confirmed only when the payment is received through any of the payment options given. We will send you a manual order confirmation to the email id given while submitting an order form.

Cancellation of Order:

Order is received in our flower shop even before the payment is done. However, order stands cancelled if the payment is not received within 1 hour of making an order unless agreed otherwise between the customer and the flowersdubai.ae representative.

A paid order can be cancelled or postponed by the customer for any reason any time before 6 hours of delivery time range mentioned. Customer has 2 options in this case on payment.

  • Get a refund of the payment to the same source where the payment was made.
  • Get credit note for the same amount for its use in future for similar service of flowers in Dubai.

Order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances after delivery. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery for any reason, which is not a fault of flowersdubai.ae, order is deemed to be executed, and matter reported to the sender. In such a situation, we try to contact the sender and ask his opinion on action required.

Refund of Payment:

A customer cancelling an order as mentioned in point number 4 above, can send an email to get a refund. If the payment is done through 2checkout.com and customer ask for refund within 3 hours of making payment, refund can be issued to the full amount as his card is not charged yet within that time frame. If the customer asks for refund later but before delivery, refund can be issued after deducting the service charge of 10{6aabf8085d3d1e232b832f64d185c2f8e6bd0a5e3b5f6c479fdef62f198f2595} including the processing fee charged by 2checkout.com. Payment made by paypal.com can get full refund of the amount paid.
